Life outside your life

  When I think of all the time I used to spend on line playing games or RPing. I begin to wonder what other things I could have been doing instead. Yes I do love to get away from reality once in a while and it used to be an obsession. But I'm rather proud of my self. I am still unemployed but I'm spending less time on the games and more time looking for a job. People say if your bored then your boring. I don't believe thats true I think if your bored your un-entertained.

  The other day my cousin asked me to wake him up in 3 hrs for a raid he had to be at on WoW. I personally don't play any game that will cost me more money every month. Not to say I'm not for supporting the game developers and donating once in a while when I have a little extra to spend. I'm just not looking for “one more bill”.

  I think I used to play too much on line and recently I've had a few friends get a bit agitated with me for not playing some games at all. I've assured them once I have a job and I can pay my bills i'll be back in the game. But I'm not so sure any more. I've missed out on a lot of things by hiding away on the internet on the other hand I've made friends I would not have met any other way. Oh the Joys of on line Drama.
